Biography

Marion Zylberman is a nomadic artist. Born in 1957, she began to study in hypokhâgne then forks to artistic studies at the Clouet workshop in Paris, then at the Beaux-arts de Bourges.

After spending a few years in Haute-Provence, Dieppe and the Côtes d'Armor (France), interspersed with trips to Thailand, Taiwan, India and Egypt, Marion traveled the seas with her family for eight years aboard an old sailing boat.

These trips, including halts in Brittany and Mexico, took her to the Atlantic islands, from Ireland to the Azores, through Scotland, Scandinavia and finally to the Mediterranean sea. After five years in Corsica (France), she set her palettes in Brittany in 2006.

Marion Zylberman naturally finds inspiration in the waves, the oceans, the clouds, the rain and the birds that she transcribes in an original way, abstracting the natural elements.

Today, loading her bicycle with notebooks, Marion roams the paths, drawing - image after image - sea nights, ports, landscapes ... Back to her workshop, she takes back her notebooks and paints larger formats.
