Biography
Since dropping out of primary school, Li Zhongdong has had many jobs: miner; beekeeper, carpenter, waiter… He now works in a workshop in Baozin (filled rolls).
Although never having been able to become a professional artist due to lack of money (except for 3 months after returning from a construction site in Korea), Li has devoted his life to art for more than 20 years.
The various materials he uses: fabrics, cement, wood…; obviously originate from his many professional experiences. Her inspirational themes are initially narrative, from real life, then transformed through her imagination and emotions.
