Biography
Visual artist from Nice, Claire Camous explores her art as she dances (she is also a contemporary interantional dancer). She seeks to forge links, especially between her research on movement as a dancer and her plastic creations.
Claire plays with composition, with different combinations and contrasts through her montages. Research of the pictorial potential of the material for the benefit of the landscape and the abstraction.
Like its two-tone paper pebbles invading urban space.
Her plastic work and her practice of dance are interdependent. They nourish an imagination, bring states of the body, an appreciation of space and putting into space.
