Description
From the first encounter, feels like an active presence rather than a fixed image. The painting is not observed from a distance; it is experienced. There is an internal rhythm that pulls the gaze downward, a constant flow where color and gesture seem to obey a greater force. In this work, Pedro Guerrero constructs a pictorial space in which contemporary abstraction, oil on canvas, and gestural painting coexist as a single physical state.
