Born in 1977 in Belgium.
Belgian artist Tox-art has described pop art as "popular, ephemeral, consumable, low-cost, mass-produced, youthful, witty, sexy, whimsical, glamorous, big business." As Tox-art himself said, "Once you 'got' pop, you might never see a sign the same way again." And once you thought about pop, you might never see the world the same way again.
