Born in Östersund, Sweden, Mary Larsson is a contemporary artist who settled in France 40 years ago.
“I have always been fascinated by beautiful images, by the play of colors, shapes and materials, and by the artistic expression that implements them.
When, as a young woman, I arrived in France, I was deeply moved by Vincent Van Gogh's painting and its strong colors. This discovery prompted me to start painting. I started this initiation by exploring color to discover its effects myself. 25 years later, I still paint, I still explore ... "
