The print is brand new and has been stored flat. Comes with a certificate of authenticity on a sticker that you can decide to paste at the back of the print, frame or keep separate.
At the center of this composition, a red robin rests on the gracefully clasped hands of a woman. GOMAD's signature style shines through in the dialogue between the woman's profile and the bird's head, as well as the harmonious color palette. The arrangement evokes a sense of nature-inspired feminine energy, inviting contemplation on the essence of the natural world. The interplay of shapes and overlays creates depth and movement, imbuing a feeling of readiness to soar alongside both figures. This balanced and captivating artwork promises to bring tranquility and vitality to any interior.
Presentation
Gomad, a color-blind artist, hails from Sittard, a city rich in cultural influences on the Dutch-German-Belgian border. Influenced by the 'Beat Street' and 'Style Wars, documentaries' he played a pioneering role in the Southern Dutch graffiti scene from the early 80s. His studies and Bachelor of Arts degree helped him refine his unique style, blending photorealism with cubist and organic shapes, akin to the works of Picasso and Hieronymus Bosch. GOMAD's vibrant murals and paintings can be found worldwide, from Europe to the United States and Australia.
