Artemi Gallery, in collaboration with Villa Gallery, is pleased to present Essence, an exhibition of works by Slovak artist Milada Ďurečková.
For Ďurečková, abstract painting is rooted in freedom, intuition and personal experience. Essence brings together a selection of works in which colour, gesture and layered surfaces become a means of expressing thoughts, emotions and lived experience.
Rather than following a predetermined composition, her paintings often evolve organically through the creative process, guided by intuition and the interaction of colour, form and gesture. The resulting works remain open to interpretation, inviting viewers to engage with them through their own perceptions and emotional responses.
Opening: 10 September 2026, 6 pm
Exhibition dates: 10 September – 9 October 2026
Venue: Villa Gallery, Protifašistických bojovníkov 5, Košice, Slovakia
We look forward to welcoming you.
