Mukayi Baker is an Australian Aboriginal artist of the Pitjantjatjara people, born in 1959 and living in the community of Pukatja, in the South Australian desert. She is part of the Ernabella Aboriginal Artists cooperative in Pukatja, where she has been painting since 2012. She paints Piltati, an important creation story of the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Aboriginal lands in the west. She is also a tjanpi (indigenous grasses) weaver with the Tjanpi Aboriginal Artists cooperative in Alice Springs. Mukayi is also a Ngangkari, a traditional healer.

Mukayi's works have been part of numerous exhibitions in Australia and around the world, and are included in public collections such as the City of Melville (Australia), the University of Newcastle (Australia), and the British Museum (London, UK).
