Da Silva is a figurative painter born in Brazil in 1940, mostly collected by rich Brazilian fine art collectors. He is painting oil on canvas with deep glazes of erotic nudes inspired by mythological subjects and history of art, or inks on paper of erotic scenes of couples in love or nude women, in the spirit of a less tormented Schiele or a daring Trémois.
