Angel Jiaqi Qin

Angel Quin was born in Shenyang, China in 1998 and she lives and works in London, UK. Angel is a weaver of post-human images, questioning the ontological nature of humanity and its relationship to ecology. She began her academic journey with a BA in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Rochester. 

Angel deepened her experience with an MA in Contemporary Art Practice at the Royal College of Art in London, focusing on the moving image, which allowed her to delve into conceptual and performance arts. Her work has been featured in Frieze Magazine and Vogue Italy, and she has performed at Tate Modern.  Her work will also be showcased at the London Art Fair.
