Biography
Runtao Liu, male, was born in Langfang, Hebei Province in 1974. From 1996 to 1997, he studied in the Chinese Painting Department of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, and studied painting with teachers such as Bai Gengyan, Huo Chunyang, Li Xiaoxuan, He Jiaying, and Jia Guangjian.
In 1997, he was admitted to the Tianjin Academy of Arts and Crafts to study painting with teachers such as Ruan Kemin, Zhao Shusong, and Sun Benchang.
In 1998, he won the “Newcomer Award of Tianjin Tenth Literary and Artistic Newcomer Month ".He graduated from Tianjin Academy of Arts and Crafts in 1999, is a professional painter.
