Shi Zidong is a Chinese artist born in 1962. He graduated from the University of Fine Arts of 1987, he became a lecturer in the same school in 1994 and received the title of professor in 1999. Under the Ministry of culture and from 2001, he traveled to Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium...In 2008, he obtained a Master's Degree in Visual Modern Art at the University of Bolton in England. Today, he is the dean of foreign languages in Dalian. Shi Zidong was also the vice-president of the China Art committee and director of the Institute of Fine Arts.
His work is exhibited internationally, including at an exhibition in Russia in 2001 and 2014 at the carousel of Louvre and at the Grand Palais in Paris in 2010. Shi Zidong has four national and 15 regional awards. He has also written numerous works of art. Fifty of his works have been published in national art magazines and in more than a dozen art albums.
