Biography
After a journey into calligraphy, Souleymane Konaté engages in a figurative pictorial practice free of classical conventions. Through his fantastic paintings populated with strange and fascinating creatures, the self-taught artist reveals the sacred essence of the soul.
Souleymane Konaté has participated in numerous residencies and international exhibitions. His work is also part of the collections of Luciano Benetton and HM Mohamed VI.
