Presentation
Lou has always been interested in the aura of things, characters, feelings, places, ideas, words, memories, and everything they effortlessly are, the rawest and colorful version of existence. After publishing several poems in American poetry reviews, Lou decided to take this vision and perspective and put it into drawings, focusing on the potential of things, more than their concrete manifestation in space and time.
In his own words:
Look at you and remember, you may be loved, you may be loathed, you may be mourned, your memory may be tossed into the vacuum of forgetfulness. As long as you're the roaring spark that made a clock want to tick, you may wriggle North and South, you may hover lazily, you may crash on the footnotes of the unexpected... effortlessly shining of all your might.
