In the mid-1980s, meetings with the Irish painter Michael Mulcahy and with the Barcelona painter Isao will allow a departure towards an artistic work.
Then came the discovery of ceramics, during stays with Joan Gardy Artigas at the Artigas Foundation, near Barcelona.
The first paintings will be exhibited at the Michel Ray gallery in the Passage Molière in Paris in 1998. Other presentations will follow in foreign and Parisian galleries, in particular at the Historical Library of the City of Paris for "Le Chant de l'Initié" in 2000 with the poems of Jean-Paul Savignac and "Villon Paris sans fin" The Florence Arnaud and Maximilien Guiol gallery, the Favardin gallery, the Hôtel Libéral Bruant will accompany the works until 2020.
The links with Venice will be clarified with the meeting of Olivier Perpoint of the International Cultural Institute of Venice who will offer an exhibition in the heart of the Serenissima in 2021.
An exhibition is planned for spring 2023, in Vannes, in harmony with the poet
Jean-Paul Savignac around a history of Celtic Cosmogony.
The paintings of a relative abstraction refer to an imaginary world inspired by the beliefs of the past and passages towards other lights.
Often dark, these oil paintings on canvas are illuminated by interior lights.
