Biography
Laurence Duc, native of Paris 14th, is a painter and engraver, graduated from the National Schools of Applied Arts Duperré and Decorative Arts of Paris.
She has lived and worked in the Central Val de Loire region since 2008.
Very early on she became interested in the sky for its perpetual transformations.
She also explores the subject of global warming, and in the series “Tombées des Nues", she shows women with hair spreading towards infinity, hair like clouds sometimes crossed by giraffes and other creatures.
The artist has been exhibiting for decades in France and internationally.
