Barbara Thaden

Barbara Thaden lives and works between Paris and her studio near Chartres.
Of Franco-German origin, she grew up in Cologne, pursued her artistic training at the Beaux-Arts of Brest and Rennes.
First solo exhibition in 1985 in Paris, Galerie Claudine Breguet.
Exhibitions in France and abroad (Cologne, Brussels, Amsterdam, Rome, South America...).
Barbara Thaden explores different modes of expression such as painting, drawing, sculpture and textile creations in collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld, Christian Lacroix, Elizabeth Garouste/Bonetti, and Olivier Saillard.
