Biography
Mailys Moanda (born in Saint-Claude, Guadeloupe in 1998), lives and works in Marseille. She is a graduate from Centre des Métiers d'Art (Guadeloupe, FR) in 2017 and Marseille-Méditerrannée National Higher Institute for Artistic Education (Marseille, FR) in 2022. She was nominated for the Prix Région Sud by Juliette Desorgues at Art-O-Rama (Marseille, FR) in 2023.
Her work has been presented in SISSI club (Marseille), Friche Belle de Mai (Marseille, FR); Galerie l'hirondelle des quais (Arles, FR), Musée département Arles Antique (Arles, FR), Abbaye de Silvacane (La Roque-d'Anthéron, FR). Moanda benefited from a residency at Triangle-Astérides (Marseille, FR), and is currently resident at Artagon (Marseille, FR).
