Artist by birth, Véronique Dumont, translator has always drawn her pleasure from words. They alone seemed to him capable of transmitting emotions. And then she discovered the image, its strength and its magic. Words then were no longer enough. Insensibly arose in her an irrepressible desire. Capture poetry, characters, moments, colors, shadows and light thanks to his magic. We know very little about this globetrotter photographer who has now exhibited for five years in Italy and Paris. What we have are his prints. Images from travels in Asia and the East. There is no legend but what good is it? The power and emotion that each shot arouses draws us to the eye of the photographer, benevolent, curious and amazed. An intense discovery that reminds us of the modesty of living on Earth.
