Biography
Michèle Caranove lives and works in Colmar, France. A graduate of Fine Arts, her graphic work is expressed through tireless work of Sergent-Major pen drawing in Indian ink on paper. The three essential motifs of the artist's work are: the man, the tree and the leaves which unite in a timeless dance and a praise of slowness. Work of poetic or even philosophical inspiration, his work now enjoys a national audience, rewarded in various salons and has been acquired by various institutions including the General Council of Puy de Dôme and the Consulate of France in Quebec. She is also present in several galleries and takes part in various group exhibitions. She is also in the process of making an artist's book.
