Fleurion was born in 1950 in Tours. He lives and works in Lille.
He is a graduate of the ENSAIT (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles) and the ENSAD (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs).
The drawings of Fleurion deal directly with current society subjects. His meticulous drawing is precise and direct, at the limit of hyperrealism.
