Biography
The work of the French artist Frédérique Négrié, who is called "Fredneg", combines graphics, painting, music and performance to offer a unique experience centered on a theme. Driven by an artistic spirit and the need to create, Fredneg challenges the limits of our understanding of what art is by fusing many styles and types of art. From music and painting to sculpture and photography, the result of his experimentation is a unique collection of richly colored and textured digital paintings that capture scenes of nature and urban environments reminiscent of the work of the French Impressionists. In Fredneg's hands, the place is transformed into a symphony of light and form, and spectators are transported to another world. Fredneg's artistic roots lie in the study of music theory and classical piano, which she began to learn at the age of six. Since 2010, she has focused on the design of multimedia installations focused on artistic and cultural transitions and mediations.
