Biography
Charlotte Gamus, photographer living and working mainly in Nice, France
1st contact with the photo in 2009 at Vitrines Parisiennes where I am daily spectator of the photo sessions.
I think I've always had that in me. But plastic beauty is not my subject.
2011 I leave everything and go to see what happens elsewhere, in South East Asia! These are the people who fascinate me! The following year, I go to India, with my first camera to finally witness these encounters, these faces and these very singular scenes.
We can say that it is the country that has fundamentally changed me, so I undertake 2 long trips afterwards. Then Mexico, Cuba, Central America, Morocco, but also France, my region...
I do not move without my box because each face is a trip!
