Student of Florimond Dufoor at the Ecole des Arts d'Ixelles (Brussels) from 2007 to 2013 and of Shaune Neill at the Ateliers du Carrousel (Decorative Arts Paris I have long traveled and worked in Africa as part of development projects. both rural and urban economics, made me discover lives in other time-spaces, different from those to which I was accustomed. The return to Europe, the life in Rome made resurface sensations for a long time buried.
The drawing, from inner resonance, reveals a personal universe forgotten, ignored and to be constructed. Pastel, ink and charcoal, are for me a means of artistic expression in its own right and open the way to endless associations that I love to explore. Working closely with the materials, developing, building, creating, from these elements are the leitmotifs of my research.
