Born in 1989 to a painter mother and a musician father, Bellule has always been immersed in an artistic universe and began to paint and draw at a very young age. After her baccalaureate, in 2005, she decided to study visual communication, but due to a lack of contact with the material, she joined the École des Beaux-arts in 2007.
After obtaining her diploma, she continued her training for three years in the studio of a hyperrealist painter, and then moved to her own studio.
Her influences are multiple because for her "painting is timeless and never stops being and being reborn". Artists such as Munch, Bacon, Turner, Van Gogh, Kandinsky, Yan Pei-Ming, lyrical abstract painters such as Georges Mathieu, Soulages, Hartung inspire her and plunge her into their universe, but also contemporary and emerging painters such as Jenny Saville, François Cognet, Irina Laube, Ozan Virgule and many others, because according to her, artistic matter is constituted from the traces deposited in us by the works of others like a palimpsest.
According to a proven technique in which her sensitivity shines through, Bellule tries to provoke an inner questioning in the viewer, to take him on a journey outside of time and space, as if to put him in suspension and make the moving "magic of painting" act on him.
In her expressionist work, ranging from figurative to abstract, an imaginative personality, concerned with detail, sensitive and attentive to the world around her and its evolution, shines through.
The important thing for her is to challenge the viewer, to touch him, to nourish and increase his sensitivity by approaching themes most often related to Nature, the passing of time and its effects, or the awakening of consciousness.
