Biography
Originally from France, Cécilia DJK lives and works in the Paris region.
She has been painting for ten years. She has developed a particular graphic style that she calls “accumulation work” where shapes, colors and pigments merge into a heap of feelings, movements and questions.
She went to the School of Fine Arts in Rennes and practices other means of expression such as writing and photography as well.
As for most artists, she expresses her deepest feelings, her relationship with others and her questions about our world. Her main inspirations are the different cultures, nature and experiences she lives or encounters.
Provoking an emotion is its main purpose. Its main purpose is to make tableaux vivants in time, in which we can discover/rediscover things regardless of time.
