Viktoria Taucher

Since 2009, she has taught at the secondary and tertiary levels, currently in the teacher training programs for "Art and Design" and "Technology and Design" at the University College of Teacher Education Styria. Building on the academic analysis of her master's thesis, "The Language of Material – Contemporary Textile Positions," she continued her research on the topic of "Textiles and the Body" in her doctoral studies, both scientifically and artistically. The textile material and its physical interaction with the human body are central to her investigations. The results of her research inform her artistic work, her lectures, and her teaching activities. She currently lives and works in Graz, Austria.T
