Biography

Leo Kogan was born in 1974. He studied at the Cooper Union in New York (1994-1997) and at the Ateliers in Amsterdam (1997-1999). Over the years, his art has undergone a number of stylistic transformations. He strongly believes in pure creativity based on no adherence to any style or genre, not confined to a box of any kind. According to him, a true artist is driven by intuition and takes risks when he seeks to discover the unknown. His work has continuously changed and evolved over the past two decades to reflect his beliefs.
