Biography

Lukasz Rudnicki (born in 1973 in Warsaw)

In the years 1993-1998, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw at the Faculty of Painting at the ateliers of prof. Wieslaw Kruczkowski and prof. Marek Sapetto. Diploma with distinction under the guidance of prof. Zbigniew Gostomski and prof. Rafal Strent in 1998.

In 1997 he has received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and Art. In 1998 he received the NSZZ "Solidarnosc" award for the best diploma thesis at the Faculty of Painting. Since 1996, he has been an assistant in the drawing studio of prof. Ryszard Sekula. Since 2007, he has been a doctor of fine arts.

In 2008 he received the position of assistant professor.

He belongs to the artistic group Der Blaue Ratler. He took part in many individual and collective exhibitions.
