Ryu HU RIAL is a South Korean painter. His universe is very original, with fantastic characters beween ancestral south korean culture, reality and imagination. His paintings with oil on paper or canvases have very original dimensions as well.  

He has Solo Shows from 1998 to 2003 in GALLERY AMANO Osaka, Japan, in 1990 in GALLERY 2000, Séoul. The artist belongs to the South Korean Selection of Art Olympiads organized by Lise Cormery Gallery for the French Olympic Commitee in 1991 and 1992 in Paris.  

It was following the famous 1988 Art Olympiads in Seoul with its sculpture and painting museums created for the event in order to invite and show the art of major international artists of the century. In 2008 he enters the National Museum Modern Contemporary Art Seoul Collection with his painting "Life play".
