Zoonchez

Born in Madrid, adopted by Barcelona and Dubai in recent years, Sánchez is a self-taught artist with a strong and colorful graphic style that resonates in all his projects. Coming from the cultural worlds of graffiti and skateboarding, Sánchez learned graphic design and illustration on his own. In the mid-2000s, he mixed techniques and influences from each field, adding new skills in wood, resins, etc. His training continues in the arts, where he begins to translate his own vision into canvases, murals, reclaimed wood, sculptures or installations. His works can be found all over the world, whether in art festivals, humanitarian projects or international exhibitions. By dissecting his work, we realize that he avoids above all symmetry and perfect proportions, this underlined by a lively palette where elements and characters mingle in a fragile balance. Visual tension, chain reactions and connectivity, always surrounded by a Mediterranean atmosphere, in a journey without a destination. -The Lucid Dream.
