Eva LlORENS has a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Barcelona University and has exhibited frequently since she finished her career.
In 2015 she settled in New Zealand and, since then, she has been exhibiting in Spain and New Zealand.
Eva Llorens is a Spanish artist best known for her enigmatic oil paintings of objects, people, landscapes and, recently, flowers. There is a dreamlike quality to her paintings, they offer a sense of the familiar, testaments of daily existence and comfort, exquisitely executed.Using the Japanese aesthetic of wabi sabi, Eva Llorens paints the transient beauty and natural aging of glorious blooms. There is a timeless sense of joy and hope these floral portraits evoke.
