Crystel Ceresa is a Swiss artist, born in 1977. She currently lives and works in Geneva.
She studied at the Fine Arts School and Decorative Arts school in Geneva.
Crystel Ceresa's work mainly lies on the technique of drawing. The artist strives to capture all the paradoxes of the human body through drawing, between perception and sensation, visible and invisible, in order to show Man's fragility.
Crystel Ceresa doesn't restrain herself to only one practice, but likes to experiment with all the techniques, ranging from drawing to graffiti. Each of her creations is like a window to her world, wonderful and fantastic, she portrays an atmosphere bordering tradition and modernity.
