Resres Kazangiljan

Resres Kazangiljan left her hometown to study in other city for the first time in 2010 and stayed for ten years, during which time those memories slowly accumulated and became an emotional imprint in her heart that served as the basis for her creation.

Resres Kazangiljan's creation mainly explores the abstract memory pictures brought by the uncertainty of the subconscious in a lyrical way, using blue as the main medium of expression. Due to her notion of "blue" is poetic and romantic, so she redefines and interprets it as "Mnemonic Blue."

Pure Blue and Imprint are the main creative axes.

The works primarily consist of blue, white, and black. It comes from the blue in personal creative research gradually forming a "pure" characteristic display, and such blue is to be found without mixing other colors, with a mysterious atmosphere of uniqueness and also containing memories of childhood.
