Tatiana Kvashnina

Tatiana Kvashnina is a contemporary artist. She has participated in more than 20 solo and group exhibitions across Russia, including projects at the Exhibition Hall of the Moscow Union of Artists, RAART Gallery at the Bryullov Mansion in Saint Petersburg, and Unique Russia in Moscow.

Tatiana studied at the Moscow College of Arts and Crafts and later Graphic Design at the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology. She is a member of the Union of Artists of Moscow–Zelenograd Association and the All-Russian Union of Artists of Decorative and Applied Arts.

Working primarily in oil, Tatiana combines expressive brushwork and palette-knife painting with an impressionistic sensitivity to light, color, and atmosphere. Flowers, landscapes, water, birds, figures, and everyday objects become carriers of memory and emotional experience rather than simply observed subjects.

Her ongoing series Summer Within explores the idea of an inner space where calm, hope, happy memories, and a sense of psychological safety can survive changing circumstances. Through luminous color and familiar imagery, Kvashnina draws attention to quiet moments that are easily overlooked, treating painting as a way of preserving inner light and the emotional value of the present.
