American box: An American box print is the assembly of a print laminated on Dibond and placed in the American box, raised from the bottom of the frame and set back approximately 1.5cm from the edge.
It is this assembly which gives the characteristic floating appearance of this finish and gives your Fine Art print a very designer and elegant appearance.
The print is laminated with a solvent-free, acid-free, neutral pH adhesive.
Unlike direct printing on Dibond (UV), laminating a Fine Art print guarantees optimal shelf life and allows you to enjoy the magnificent rendering of a pigment print.

"He chose to present for this exhibition a series of very strange photos depicting very curious vegetable lamps. At first glance, one might believe that these are the photographic restitution of designer lamps, created with extreme realism. extreme, in order to reproduce various plants in a translucent material, a bit like the famous art deco lamps in glass or crystal created by Emile Gallé 140 years ago...
But no. The realism of these lamps is too dazzling to be merely artifactual. After investigation, it turns out that they are made up of real vegetables, all planted and grown in the ground, and all posing for the time of a photo, so as to look like a lamp, with the addition of a foot and a blister! Surprising, isn't it?"
