The Oil painting Cardboard titled "City bridge" captures a vivid and atmospheric scene of urban life where architecture, water, and human presence harmoniously converge. The composition immediately draws the eye toward the elegant arched bridge that dominates the center of the canvas. Its sturdy stone arches span the calm surface of the river below, while small groups of people can be seen strolling across, their forms suggested through bold, impressionistic brushstrokes. The bridge stands as both a practical structure and a symbol of connection—linking not only two sides of the river but also blending the human-made with the natural elements of the cityscape. Beneath the arches, a small black boat glides gracefully across the reflective surface of the water. Painted with swift, confident strokes, the boat and its occupants add a sense of movement and human intimacy to the otherwise monumental presence of the bridge. The dark hull of the vessel contrasts beautifully with the shimmering greens and blues of the river, where reflections of the bridge, trees, and sky ripple gently across the surface. Zhitomir artist Suprunchuk Yuri Sergeevich Born on April 11, 1961, in the city of Zhitomir. Graduated from the Zheleznogorsk Art School, Russia (1982). Teachers in the specialty: V. Chukuev, E. Nikulin. Painter. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (2002). Major works: "Near the house" (2005), "Winter on the outskirts of Zhitomir" (2006), "Autumn still life" (2004). Lived and worked in the city of Zhitomir.

I paint landscapes not only to simply write down a certain moment: sunrise or sunset, I am interested in the image itself. Each of my houses or trees has its own character, feeling.
