In full consonance with his traveling nature, whose maximum archetypal expression is the image of the wanderer, Andrei Shchurok willingly admits to being called "strange", noting that it is even a compliment. The peculiarity of Andrei's creative process is that by blurring the boundaries of conditioned perception he neither conflicts with reality nor deliberately recreates it, harmoniously existing in it.

Andrei Shchurok

-It is in strange paintings that one can constantly discover something new and never get bored of the spiritual path and individual gnosis of their creator.

I am not a manifest artist. Art is something organic in my life. I like to struggle with the canvas, or on the contrary, when the creative process is easy."
