Dr. Glover's fascination with crowded scenes and panoramic compositions is evident in his work. "I love markets," he states, "and I love the market women – their presence, strength, and resilience inspire me." He applies rich, vivid colors directly onto the canvas, using a palette knife to sculpt and build dynamic imagery. British art critic Errol Lloyd has likened his technique to Seurat's pointillism, yet describes Glover's work as more spontaneous, vibrant, and filled with kinetic energy. While Seurat's paintings convey stillness, Glover's art radiates movement and life, capturing the rhythm of urban and social environments.

Dr. Glover's work is deeply rooted in his observations of people, particularly women, who are central figures in his paintings. He explores themes of strength, resilience, and cultural identity, particularly in markets, which he describes as a "culture within a culture." His artistic philosophy extends beyond aesthetics, as he believes that markets reflect the political, economic, and social climate of a nation. His bold use of color and form mirrors the pulsating energy of human interactions, making his paintings visually striking and thematically profound.

"When I paint people, I paint movement – movement in color and rhythm. In a crowd, we don't see individuals; we see a symphony of color and motion. That is what I aim to capture in my market and townscape panoramas. My townscapes, in particular, carry a philosophical undertone – what happens beneath those rooftops? Love, loss, hope, conflict? If only we could lift those roofs, the revelations would be profound."

With a career spanning decades, Dr. Glover remains a pioneering force in contemporary art. His work continues to inspire collectors, art enthusiasts, and scholars worldwide, bridging the gap between tradition and modernity, culture and commerce, movement and stillness. As an artist, he is dedicated to preserving the stories of everyday life, resilience, and human connection, ensuring that each painting serves as a timeless narrative of the world he observes.
