Description
This is a large square semi-abstract statement piece of art. This painting is inspired by waterreflections as seen in the canal in front of the artist her home. Due to weather circumstances and season it always changes in appereances and always gives inspiration. But the artist is also inspired by the Monet waterscapes which can be seen in the more or less impressionistic way of painting. It is painted in loose brushstrokes, in blues and greens with marks in yellow, orange and red. The pictures of the painting in situ might not be realistic but are for display purpose only. The painting comes with an certificate of authenticity and is ready to hang. It will be shipped in a cardboard box. It is signed on the back, at request at the front.

Artist Statement:
Artist statement
My paintings come from a fascination for landcape and nature in general. It is all around us, with it's beauty and growth everywhere and I love to recreate my own interpretation of this using unique, organic abstract forms.
Through my art I want to take the viewer on a journey to a place of peace, rest and away from the daily life, like an escape to a garden where the viewer can relax and be happy.
Through my use of different color palettes I want to evoke instinctive positive feelings for the viewer, to feel that personal connection with the artwork.
Painting gives me so much pleasure and I ultimately hope that the viewers can also find a sense of personal beauty through my art that conveys to their own happiness.
