Two magnificent white horses stand poised before a dark carriage as elegantly dressed women gather around it — one seated inside in red and white, another in a sweeping burnt orange gown, a third robed in ivory at the right. The scene carries the atmosphere of a timeless ceremonial moment: a departure, an arrival, or perhaps a farewell heavy with unspoken feeling. Rendered in bold impasto strokes of white, teal, and warm earth tones beneath a pale sky, the painting blends the grandeur of classical narrative with the freedom of expressive, gestural paint.
Presentation
Kamo Atoyan was born on April, 1969 in Erevan, Armenia. From 1980 to 1984 he attended the art school after Kojoyan. In 1986-1990 he studied at the Department of Painting of the State College of Fine Arts after P.Terlemezyan.His pictures are inserted in the Vernisage of Yerevan.
Kamo Atoyan's works can be found in many places around the world-Los Angeles, London, Praha, Moscow, Lebanon and Armenia . Some of his works are exhibited at the «Praha» gallery, Czech Republic.
