Description
From the “Rivages” series, this painting invites mediation and introspection. Becoming aware of the beauty of our natural environment, we travel through an abstract landscape where an intense blue invites the viewer to admire the remarkable density of the different depths of this painting.
Presentation
Nature and landscape provide me with a pretext, a starting point.
A pretext for painting air, the intangible, presence.
My determination to seek more than to achieve forces me not to "tell" but to make the essence of things felt.
Slashes, colours, scrapings, materials, glazes and repentirs are my tools for bringing out a truth.
