Description
This work was exhibited during the collateral event "Woman's Essence" of the 58th Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art, 2019, at Palazzo Zenobio. For this painting I received the "Woman's Essence" award.
In this work, I draw from the abstract and expressionism to explore emotional depths. Bold brushstrokes and vibrant colors, luminous yellow and deep blue, create a visual dialogue that defies convention, while providing bold geometry that calls out.
Presentation
Michèle Laurence Prévost is a French painter who began painting professionally in 2010. A lawyer by training, she changed path halfway through her life and has devoted herself entirely to painting for almost fifteen years. She left Paris and a job as a lawyer to live in Milan and then Venice, where she deepened her knowledge and where she still lives and works today.
In 2019, she participated in the 58th Venice Art Biennale and won the Woman Art Award.
His works have been exhibited in numerous group and solo exhibitions and can be found in collections in France, Italy, Germany, England, Japan and the United States.
