Description

This 2023 mixed media painting blends abstract energy with urban structural echoes. Rapid gestures collide with rigid geometry. The composition vibrates with a sense of constant motion. Deep reds clash against stark whites and charcoal greys.
The artist employs a sophisticated combination of painting and collage. Layers of texture build a dense visual landscape. Fine lines cut through thick impasto strokes. This creates a tension between conscious planning and subconscious impulse.
The artwork evokes a city in flux. Architectural fragments emerge and dissolve. It captures the fleeting moment between memory and anticipation. A pale figure lingers in the upper right, adding a ghostly human presence to the industrial chaos.
The precise application of mixed media depths enhances the three-dimensional quality of the surface. Dynamic arcs sweep across the center, guiding the eye through a whirlwind of form and color. It is an investigation into the duality of existence and perception. The piece concludes with a signature in the lower right corner, grounding the ethereal movement in a physical reality.

Presentation

The starting point: the moment when present arises between the past and the future; a realistic perception of the unreal on the brink of the apparent reality.

The result: a relativity realization of permanent movements and the rise of a tension limited only through the clash between consciousness and sub-consciousness.

The emotion: while accepting the materiality of the non-existent, to feel, at the same time, the unreality of its existence.

The aim: to designate the integrality of the acutely felt, the certitude in its validity, the acknowledgement of the contradiction and the record of the consequence as a fact.
