Description
Keud is an opening to the chambers where Álex Jul expresses that unique and sublime perception of things. Gold, as a key element, makes these paintings an exceptional collection in his work to date. Skulls and a hand, balancing between their own absence and presence, are wrapped with character in a dark, beautiful, and serene atmosphere.
Presentation
Alex Jul (Majorca, Spain 1995) is a self-taught oil painter and illustrator who focuses his work on the nature of the technique itself through figuration. Concepts such as still life and the human figure are clear references to carry out this purpose.
