Description
«Whisper of Desire» is a sensual and passionate piece, embodying the allure and elegance of femininity, filled with stirring emotions. This minimalist abstract portrait highlights the deep red of the woman's seductive lips, with smudged lipstick, symbolizing desire and mystery. The bold contrast of black and white against vivid red heightens the visual tension, adding emotional depth to the work. Through this painting, I explore the power of femininity, where elegance meets raw emotion.
Presentation
Kristina Mallen, a painter with a background in oil and acrylic mediums.
Her recognisable style infuses the sophistication of Art Deco, the pop of Pop Art with a dominant focus on the female figure, manifesting elegance and eroticism. Her work exudes the extravagance, classical chic, and charm of women, striking a balance between provocation and the sublime.
