Description
This giclée print captures the refined elegance and emotional depth of my original artwork, preserving the expressive contrasts, delicate details, and intimate atmosphere of the composition.
This piece is an exploration of human intimacy, vulnerability, and the profound connection that exists between two souls. Moving beyond the physical gesture of a kiss, the artwork focuses on the invisible energy, trust, and silent understanding shared between two people in a fleeting yet powerful moment.
Through a minimalist expressive approach, I combined a dramatic monochrome palette with a striking touch of scarlet red, creating a visual language centered on emotion rather than detail. The delicate meeting of lips, the intensity of the gaze, and the flowing red line across the canvas become symbols of passion, connection, and the invisible bond that unites two figures.
Printed using the giclée technique on fine art paper, this high-quality reproduction faithfully preserves the depth, atmosphere, and emotional resonance of the original painting, offering a timeless way to experience the artwork.
Presentation
Kristina Mallen, a painter with a background in oil and acrylic mediums.
Her recognisable style infuses the sophistication of Art Deco, the pop of Pop Art with a dominant focus on the female figure, manifesting elegance and eroticism. Her work exudes the extravagance, classical chic, and charm of women, striking a balance between provocation and the sublime.
