Description
This work skillfully fuses manga culture and graffiti style, creating a dynamic and colorful composition.
The central character, with the wide smile and distinctive hat of Luffy in One Piece, immediately catches the eye, evoking influences from Japanese animation.
In the background, the word “ATTENTION TRAVAUX" contrasts sharply with the bright bursts of yellow and black, emphasizing its urgency. In the foreground, the graffiti lettering, with its angular outlines and gradients of yellow and pale green, adds an urban, modern texture. The blue and purple accents beneath the lettering provide additional depth, creating visual harmony.
This work captures the energy of the street while paying homage to iconic figures, catching the eye with its bold use of colors and shapes. It embodies a vibrant dialogue between tradition and modernity, capturing the contemporary urban spirit.
Presentation
Born in 1988 in Paris, Keny is a young passionate artist and actor of underground culture. Interested from an early age in the arts, especially those practiced in the street, he decided to devote his free time to the practice of urban painting. Like any self-respecting graffiti artist, Keny's first creations are made on walls and trains. Gradually his style evolves and his artistic practice turns to new media and new formats to approach more “conventional" things. But Keny is not a conventional artist and he claims it; he works on a wide variety of media ranging from traditional canvas to cardboard, including recycled materials or aluminum plates.
