Description

"Movement Towards Health" by Marusya Abashidze is a thought-provoking exploration of balance and well-being through abstract composition. The painting combines soft hues of blue and beige with textual elements, evoking a sense of calm and order. The overlapping layers and scattered typography symbolize the complexity of achieving harmony in health, both physical and mental.
The subtle inclusion of numeric and fragmented textual elements serves as a metaphor for the metrics and steps often involved in pursuing wellness. Through abstract yet structured forms, the artist emphasizes the journey of self-care and the interconnection between mind, body, and environment. The work invites viewers to reflect on their own paths to balance and vitality.
